Terms of Service

The dotAIbot service is operated by DomixNet Europe LLC. dotAIbot is the product and brand name. All obligations and limitations in these terms apply to DomixNet Europe LLC.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the dotAIbot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

dotAIbot (operated by DomixNet Europe LLC) provides AI-powered chatbot tools, including text chat, voice responses, and live two-way conversations, that can be embedded on websites and managed through a dashboard.

3. Account and eligibility

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Payment and subscription

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. The 14-day Standard trial requires a valid payment method at signup. Unless canceled before trial end, the subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged according to your selected plan and Stripe's terms. Fees, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by your chosen plan and Stripe's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law. You may not abuse, misuse, or attempt to circumvent the service or any third-party APIs. You may not resell raw API access. You are responsible for the content and bots you create and for how your visitors interact with them.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you provide and to the chatbots you configure. DomixNet Europe LLC retains all rights to the platform, including the dotAIbot product. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

7. Use at your own risk

You use the service at your own risk. The service and any outputs (including chatbot responses) are provided without guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. AI and probabilistic systems

The chatbots are powered by artificial intelligence and language models that are inherently probabilistic. Responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected content. DomixNet Europe LLC does not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or appropriateness of any chatbot output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and relying on any such output.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that chatbot outputs are accurate or suitable for any use.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomixNet Europe LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service or any chatbot outputs, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claims or damages is limited to the amount you paid to DomixNet Europe LLC in the one (1) month preceding the claim (or, if no fees were paid, to zero). These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

DomixNet Europe LLC may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Changes to these terms

DomixNet Europe LLC may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be made with notice (e.g. by email, in-product notice, or by posting the revised terms with a new effective date on this site). Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service before the new terms take effect.
